Choose buy or rent, the property type, your city and area, your budget and when you want to move. Add anything else in your own words. It takes about two minutes.

Local dealers receive your requirement
We notify only dealers who actually work in your area and handle your kind of property. Dealers in other cities never see it.

Dealers send matching properties
A dealer who thinks they can help pays to unlock your requirement, then sends you a real property with photos, price, area and details.

You choose who you're interested in
Compare the offers side by side, along with each dealer's rating and verified transactions. Press 'I'm Interested' on the ones you like - you can pick more than one.
Common questions
- Is it really free for buyers and tenants?
- Yes. Posting a requirement, receiving offers, comparing dealers and chatting are all free. There is no subscription and no fee at any point for buyers or tenants.
- Will I get spam calls?
- No. Your phone number and email are hidden by default, and you choose which dealers ever get them. If you would rather hear from only a few dealers, you can set a limit on how many may respond when you post - or change it later.
- Can I talk to more than one dealer?
- Yes. You can mark up to 5 dealers as interesting for a single requirement, so you can compare properties properly before deciding.
- How do dealers pay?
- Dealers pay a one-time fee to unlock a specific customer. There is no monthly plan and no commission on any deal. Buyers never pay anything.
- What happens to my number if I choose a dealer?
- Nothing automatically. Even after you say you are interested, you can keep chatting in the app. There is a 'Share My Phone Number' button you press only when you are ready.
